Race Culture Club Shipping Policy

Shipping Times & Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery times ranging from 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs agency are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

  • For EU countries, VAT is covered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, so no customs fees apply.
  • For major countries like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and Norway, customs fees are rare, except for bulk orders (10+ items).
  • South American countries are more likely to charge customs fees.
    Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being confiscated, destroyed, or returned, and in such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. It is your responsibility to track your package and stay updated on customs notifications.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We generate our shipping labels using the exact information provided by customers. If you realize that you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at support@racecultureclub.com so we can attempt to correct it before the order is shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you must contact the courier directly to try and reroute the package. Please note:

  • Race Culture Club is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer.
  • No refunds or reshipments will be provided for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details.

Package Pickup Policy

If your package is undeliverable to your address and is awaiting pickup at a local post office or pickup point, you must retrieve it within the specified timeframe.

  • Failure to pick up the package may result in it being returned to the sender or destroyed by the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for notifying customers about package pickups; this is the responsibility of the local delivery company.
  • If the package is returned to us or destroyed due to non-pickup, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

We highly recommend tracking your package diligently to avoid any issues.


Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Race Culture Club is no longer responsible for the package.

  • If you cannot locate your delivered package, you must obtain a non-delivery statement from the carrier and send it to us at support@racecultureclub.com for assistance.
  • If you cannot provide a non-delivery statement, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
  • In cases of theft or mis delivery, we advise filing a police report and contacting your local carrier for further investigation.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. However, we honor valid warranty claims within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photo evidence.
  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, we can issue a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Delayed Priority or Express Shipments

If you chose Priority or Express Shipping and the delivery exceeds the specified timeframe, we will refund the shipping cost only. The refund does not apply to the total order value. The delay must be verified by the tracking carrier before processing the refund.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If you receive a damaged package while you are not present, contact us with photo evidence to resolve the issue.

For lost packages, we will process a refund or replacement only after the courier completes an investigation and officially declares it lost.
